安琪酵母在FHA2012展示系列创新成果

  2012年4月17日,亚洲最大的国际食品和酒店用品展FHA2012在新加坡博览中心隆重开幕。FHA自1978年创办以来,经过30多年时间的积累与发展,已经成为整个亚洲,乃至全球食品、饮料与酒店行业最出类拔萃的展览会之一。

  安琪酵母全球烘焙业务总监李雪松表示,“东南亚是安琪公司最重要的也是最大的市场之一,作为亚洲最大的酵母以及专业化食品原料公司,安琪非常了解这个市场的特点,推出了很多优质的酵母和酵母深加工产品,深受该地区用户喜爱。这次展会,安琪又带来了系列创新产品,以及技术解决方案,满足食品工业及烘焙用户的最新需求。”

  安琪公司在会上重点推出了冷冻半干酵母。冷冻半干酵母是一种含水量20%的酵母,是一种像普通干酵母一样的细小颗粒。既有鲜酵母的发酵风味好、活力强的特点,又有干酵母流动性好、适合称量和长保质期的优势, 更适合冷冻面团。相比鲜酵母,保质期长,可在-18℃条件下保存一年,活力损失小;

  安琪高度重视食品安全与健康问题,本次展会全面展示了安琪创新的食品原料,如无铝泡打粉、无铝油条膨松剂、面包改良剂A800、馒头改良剂、米发糕预拌粉等。

  前不久发生的台湾甜甜圈铝含量超标事件提醒从业者关注身边食品的健康问题。安琪无铝油条膨松剂、无铝泡打粉、无铝甜甜圈泡打粉等产品,彻底地解决了甜甜圈、油条等产品制作中的“铝超标”问题,满足了消费者对油炸食品的偏爱需求。

  安琪米发糕预拌粉则是对中华传统食品的创新之举,解决了传统方法微生物菌群复杂的问题, 更安全、更卫生,更便捷。

  此外,安琪公司还带来了不含味精的以天然酵母提取物为基料的餐饮调味系列产品等,满足高端餐饮酒店用户对食品高品质的需求。

  安琪资深面包师、09年IBA世界面包大赛第四名获得者黄东方,安琪资深面点大师聂玉奇、安琪高级面包师吴红元等大师在展位上进行了面包、中式面点和油条演示,东南亚客户品尝后均赞不绝口。尤其是现场炸制的无铝健康油条、米发糕颇受欢迎,这些中华传统食品一直深受全球华人的喜爱,现场品尝的客人把过道挤得水泄不通。安琪秉承天然、营养、健康理念而隆重推出的健康发酵面食革新系列产品和YE餐饮调味系列产品也备受客户青睐,展现出了巨大的市场魅力。

  A frozen semi-dry yeast lunched as a new key product in the exhibition.The frozen semi-dry yeast’s moisture’s 20%, the particle size is the same as the normal instant yeast, with the advantages of nice fermentation flavor, powerful activity, easy operation and long shelf life. It’s more convenient for frozen dough fermentation. It could store in the cooling condition -18 ℃for one year with little power loss only.

  Angel Yeast highly concerned about food safety & health. A series of innovative food ingredients lunched in the fair, such as aluminumfree baking powder, aluminum free Youtiao raising agent, bread improver A800, Mantou improver, and rice cake pre-mix.

  Again on food safety. The Angel youtiao raising agent, baking powder and donut baking powder, all are free of aluminum. They are safe & health ingredients.

  Angel Rice cake pre-mix is a new innovation product. It prevented wild yeast fermentation from process. So it’s more safe, healthy, and easy process.
