The traditional brewing industry is a "high energy consuming, heavy- polluting industry. With the trend of greener, low carbon and more sustainable pattern, China's brewing industry is also crying out to explore new development mode, and it’s imperative to be upgraded to a more scientific, more reasonable, and more consistent with the future development of new modes.
