The product we are looking for is a purified and sterilized protein that is produced using food based growth medium and fermented much like the making of beer, wine, yogurt or cheese.

To make it is used a safe and benign naturally occurring microbe found ubiquitously on every continent of the world. The procedure include grow the fermentation then harvest the protein, remove the water, pelletize the protein in liquid nitrogen and freeze-dry it in a food processing plant.

Then a measured amount of the product protein is packed into hermetically sealed bags, ten of those bags are then placed in a box and the boxes are then sent to a medical sterilization plant to have the box, bags and the protein within sterilized to make the shelf life last longer.

4) Production process
生产过程
1. Incubate shake flask fermentation box containing a defined growth media with the organism.
2. Grow for a period of time
3. Transfer to the sterilized seed tank containing the same media.
4. Grow the seed tank at the appropriate temperature for a longer period.
5. Transfer to the sterilized Intermediary tank containing the same media.
6. Grow the Intermediary tank at the appropriate temperature for a defined period.
7. Transfer the contents of the Intermediary tank to the sterilized production tank; also containing the same media.
8. Grow at the appropriate temperature; controlling the pH to a very tight specification using acid & base.
9. At harvest; cool or heat to a precise temperature, then start concentrating the cell mass.
10. When concentration has been completed, send the broth to the liquid nitrogen bath.
11. Remove and store the frozen wet pellets in the 1000L insulated storage bins and keep frozen in the large walk-in freezer or transfer immediately to a large commercial storage freezer
